Payment Methods
Card payments are processed through Stripe. The primary card brands shown below are available subject to the options displayed on the Payment or Checkout page for the specific transaction.
Additional payment options may be available where displayed on the Payment or Checkout page. The options actually shown there take priority for that transaction.
Payment processing
Payment details are submitted through the checkout payment flow and processed by Stripe and the relevant payment networks or financial institutions.
Payment authorization
Your card issuer or payment provider may approve, decline or request additional verification. Customer support cannot override an issuer’s authorization decision.
Payment declines
If a payment is declined, check the information entered and contact your bank or card issuer where appropriate. A declined payment may also result from issuer rules or verification requirements.
Taxes
Displayed product prices include applicable tax according to the website’s pricing configuration. Customs duties and import charges, where applicable, are separate from product-price tax treatment.
Currency
The website uses the currency symbol $. Review the amount and currency shown at checkout before submitting payment.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Our internal processing target is within 7 business days after returned goods are received and necessary review is completed, subject to mandatory statutory refund deadlines.
Payment security and safe communication
Payments use security mechanisms provided through the checkout and payment-processing flow. No online payment system is described as absolutely or guaranteed secure.
Do not send your full card number, CVV, CVC, PIN or other card security code through ordinary customer-service email. For payment support, contact support@phurei.com without including sensitive card-security information.
